Marketing / Leadership / Ownership
Built to move.
Clearer decisions.
Stronger businesses.
Your next stage of growth deserves a clear plan. I share the tools and thinking to help you understand your marketing, strengthen your team and make informed decisions.
My experience spans
01 / Understand your performance
Your growth should
strengthen your business.
Before you increase the budget, hire another person or add a new location, understand what the next sale requires. I look at what it costs to win a customer, what the sale leaves after its direct costs, and whether your team can deliver.
What does your
growth leave behind?
Illustrative allocation for every $100 in revenue. The $20 remaining is contribution after marketing—not net profit or cash flow. Your cost structure will differ.

04 / The experience behind my perspective
I think like an owner.
I work across the business.
My background includes business ownership, agency leadership and executive marketing roles across automotive, ecommerce and franchising, with experience in retail, hospitality, travel and events. That has taught me to connect the marketing plan to the operation behind it.
I built this site to make useful business thinking easier to access. If your team leaves with a better question, a clearer measure or a decision it can act on, it has done its job.
