Resources and tools

Articles and downloads do not require an email address. The calculators and planner process your entries in your browser. The site does not submit or automatically save those values. Download your plan to keep a copy. Calculator results, planner fields and form contents are marked for masking in optional session recordings.

The monthly brief

When you choose to subscribe, your email address is sent securely to MailerLite, my email provider. I use it to send the monthly brief and manage your subscription. Follow the confirmation email where requested. You can unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter, or email me for help.

MailerLite stores subscription status and related delivery information. Newsletters may contain provider tracking for opens and link clicks where enabled; this is separate from website privacy choices. An unsubscribe record may be retained to respect your choice. See MailerLite’s privacy policy.

Messages

Email correspondence is handled through my Google Workspace account. These details are used to respond and manage the conversation. Sending a message does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Please do not send confidential business records or sensitive personal information through these channels.

Optional website measurement

Optional traffic analytics and session recordings are currently disabled. If enabled in the future, they will require your permission through the website’s privacy controls.

• Google Analytics 4, managed through Google Tag Manager: measures page visits and actions such as resource downloads, calculator use and accepted newsletter requests. An accepted request is not proof of a confirmed subscriber. The site does not intentionally send email addresses, contact messages, calculator values or planner entries to these tools. Query strings and URL fragments are removed from page URLs sent by this site’s event code.
• Microsoft Clarity: helps explain usability issues through interaction recordings and heatmaps. Form fields, calculator results and planner content are masked. These protections reduce exposure but are not a reason to enter sensitive information.

Optional providers may use cookies and process device and interaction data. See Google’s privacy policy and Microsoft’s privacy statement. Advertising storage and personalization are not enabled by the site’s consent controls. Revoking permission stops further optional collection after the page reloads; it does not automatically erase information a provider already received.

Hosting and linked platforms

Netlify processes technical request information, which may include IP addresses and logs, to deliver and protect this website. See Netlify’s privacy policy. Social and press links take you to other services with their own privacy practices.

Retention and requests

Subscription information is retained while it is needed to deliver the brief and honor your choices. Messages are retained as needed for the conversation and applicable obligations. You may request deletion by email. Some technical logs, backups or suppression records may remain for provider security, recovery or compliance purposes.
